Drug Treatment Court

This program assesses an offender's substance abuse and criminal history prior to court and recommends specialized "treatment focused" probation supervision. Offenders are directed to intensive probation supervision and treatment modalities such as inpatient therapy, acupuncture, intensive outpatient therapy, education, mandatory urinalysis, transitional housing and shock incarceration.
