Warrant Issued for Detainee from Baltimore Central Booking and Intake Center

The Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services has issued a warrant for the arrest of 30-year-old Franklin Hughes. Mr. Hughes is approximately 6 feet tall and 140 pounds. He was scheduled to be transferred to Baltimore County for a violation of probation for child pornography.

The circumstances surrounding his release from Baltimore Central Booking and Intake Center are under investigation.

Anyone with knowledge of Mr. Hughes' whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1.
