DPSCS Administrative Regulations
The Department adopts administrative regulations in order to implement State law. The Department accepts public comment on proposed regulations before making a final decision on a proposed regulatory action. The Department files proposal and adoption notices with the Maryland Joint Committee on Administrative, Executive, and Legislative Review publishes and distributes the final administrative rules adopted by state agencies.
