In celebration of National Second Chance Month this April, we are delighted to invite you to the Second Chance Reentry Resource Fair on Thursday, March 27, 2025, hosted by the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS).
The fair is designed to support the rehabilitation and reintegration of justice-involved and formerly incarcerated individuals into our communities. It also extends vital resources to their family members and loved ones. Whether you are seeking services or would like to participate as a vendor, DPSCS would be honored to have your involvement. This event also serves as an excellent networking opportunity for those passionate about reentry initiatives.

(entrance on E. Lexington St.)
Time: 9:00am - 2:00pm
Parking Information:
- A municipal garage is available at 510 East Lexington Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202 directly across from the building's Lexington Street entrance (open weekdays only).
- Additional parking is available across the War Memorial Plaza at the Baltimore Street Garage (15 Guilford Avenue).
- Limited street parking is also available in the surrounding area.
