This Department's ethos is in lockstep with Governor Moore's mission of "leaving no one behind," which includes our incarcerated population and their families. Today's event is a testament to that mission statement. Our partners beyond this fence - Goucher College, Bowie State University, Georgetown University, the University of Baltimore, the United States Navy, and the Baltimore-DC Metro Building Trade Council all believe in.

The 'Fathers Making a Difference' initiative spearheaded by the Lifers Group at JCI provides essential guidance and support to the children of incarcerated individuals, helping them navigate the challenges they face.

By tapping into the potential of these young minds, we can make a significant difference in their futures. This program's guidance and mentorship can be life-changing, opening doors to opportunities they may not have otherwise considered.
