Office of Real Estate Management

The Office of Real Estate Management was created in 2007 as a component of the Division of Support Services - now called the Office of Real Estate Services and Special Projects.

The Office of Real Estate Services coordinates and manages the overall lease portfolio whereby the department gains use of or occupancy of office space, land, or structures not owned by the department. The Office also governs legally binding real estate agreements, arrangements, and processes through which the department grants access to or occupancy of departmentally-owned office space, land, or structures by other governmental or nongovernmental persons, entities, or organizations.
