Public Information and Research

The Communications Office is the Department’s contact point for the public and media for inquiries about the agency. The office directs press relations including such activities as preparation of press conferences, news releases, annual reports, newsletters, informational and training videos and feature articles. The office coordinates facility tours and speaking engagements. The office also responds to Public Information Act Requests from the media.
